- Create better data types; use them consistently; create strict
  versions to catch lazy programmer errors assuming Bufbytes are
  ASCII, etc.  Will break a lot of code.

Review All Extant Mule Docs to see what's missing.

Reviewing Mule API's + creating documentation for them, cleaning up
problem areas and identifying places needing more work or new ideas
for functionality.

Go through existing notes on Mule-izing various functions in the core
and apply the suggestions (Will be done as soon as first working
versions of Windows support is out).
